Select Multiple Processes/Documents

Introduction

In this article, you will learn how to select multiple processes/documents at the workspace level in Spark. You will also learn about what bulk actions are useable.

This function is useful as you can manage your process/document library using bulk actions to save time.

How to select multiple processes/documents

To select multiple processes/documents, head to the Processes or Documents section and click •••. Click "Select multiple".



You will notice that some new options appear. You will notice that a checkbox appears on all of the process/document cards. This indicates whether a process/document is included in the multiple selection. 

Click another process/document card to add it to your selection. Then click the "Bulk Actions..." button to carry out a bulk action for the selected processes/documents.

Bulk Actions

Below is a list of the various bulk actions that can be carried out and a description of what they are used for.

Access Rights

Manage the access rights of multiple selected processes/documents at once. Changes will be applied to all selected processes and documents, overriding any existing access rights.

Pin to the top

Pin multiple selected processes/documents to the top of your workspace at once.

Unpin from the top

Unpin multiple selected processes/documents from the top of your workspace at once.

Folders

Move multiple selected processes/documents into a selected folder at once.

Tags

Apply desired tags to multiple selected processes/documents at once. Changes will be applied to all selected processes and documents, overriding any existing tags.

Duplicate

Duplicate multiple selected processes/documents at once.

Archive / Delete

Owner

How to cancel selection of multiple processes/documents

To cancel a multiple selection of processes/documents, click the "Cancel Selection" button.



Alternatively, you can click ••• on a process/document card and click the "Cancel Select
