Process participants are users who engage and make changes in a process, as well as defining who is notified about actions in a process. Find out how to view, manage and remove your Process Participants by reading below.

How do I find out who the Process Participants are and what is the purpose?

Process participants are users who engage and make changes in a process, as well as defining who is notified about actions in a process.

You can view the process participants by hovering over the user profiles in the top right of a process.



You can also configure process participants by clicking "Configure.." where you will be presented with a Process Participants management screen.

Here you can assign participants manually to be notified of process activity or remove them as well.
