            Manage roles in Skore

            What is it

            After defining the work to be done in a process, the next, most important question is who does it? As you create processes in Skore, and add roles, you are automatically creating a picture of the team required to execute that process. Skore can start to provide insights into what that team might look like and who you need.

            Create new roles in Skore

            While typing a role in the "who does it" input field, new roles are automatically added to the role manager. 


            Enable RACI / RATSI or any other responsibility matrix in Skore


            Rename a role 

            1. Go to the Role Manager tab
            2. Change to Edit mode if you are not already
            3. Select the role you want to change
            4. Click 'Edit Role Details' below the role title
            5. Edit the name accordingly
            6. Click 'Save changes'

            Add comment to a role

            1. Go to the Role Manager tab
            2. Change to Edit mode if you are not already
            3. Select the role you want to change
            4. Click 'Edit Role Details' below the role title
            5. Add your comments to the Comment field
            6. Click 'Save changes'

            Report on roles

            1. Go to the Report tab
            2. Click on the 'Roles' sub-tab
            3. Sort or export roles accordingly
