How to remove a detailed view from an Activity Box

What is it?

When mapping a process in Skore, you can create detailed views containing a sub-process. There may be times where you change your mind and want to remove everything inside of the detailed view.


How to remove a detailed view from an Activity Box

Activity Boxes were formerly called "Whatbox"

Available for Editors with "Can Edit" access right on the process
1. Open the process.

2. Enter Edit mode on the process by clicking the "Editing" switch.


3. Select 1 or more activities you wish to remove detailed view from.


4. Go to Edit menu > Clear detailed view.
This will remove everything inside of the detailed view of the Activity box. This includes deeper detailed views inside of the Activity box. Take caution when using this action.



5. The detailed view of the Activity Box and content inside of the detailed view is removed.
