Why archive a process?
Archiving processes is a great way to keep your workspace and process library organised and well maintained. By archiving a process, you don't have to permanently say goodbye to any of your processes and can bring them back to edit whenever you like.
How to...
Archive a process:
To begin with, head to the Processes screen and find the process you wish to archive.
Click the icon on the process card.
Next, click "Archive/Delete". This will bring up the Archive/Delete menu for the process.
This is the Archive/Delete menu for the process. Here you can see 3 options. We want to archive the process so click "Archive process".
Click "Confirm" to save your change to the process.
You will notice that the process is no longer available by default as it has now been archived. If you do not have any processes at all or if they have all been archived, then you will see this message.
Unarchive a process:
You have archived your process, but you want to bring it back so that you can view and edit it. You can follow these steps to do so.
On the Processes screen, click the "Filter by" icon. The "Filter by" menu will appear, this contains a number of options to filter and view your available processes.
Click "Archived".
You will see that your archived processes will appear, but faded out. This indicates that the process is archived.
You will need to follow the same steps of accessing the "Unarchive/Delete" menu.
This is the Unarchive/Delete menu for the process. Here you can see 3 options. We want to unarchive the process so click "Active".
Click "Confirm" to save your change to the process.
On the Processes screen, click the "Filter by" icon. The "Filter by" menu will appear, this contains a number of options to filter and view your available processes.
Click "Active".
This will display your active processes. You can find your unarchived process now.
